There are sculptures of auspicious animals of different shapes on the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall building.
The standing turtle is one of them
Legend has it that Aoyu is one of the nine sons of the dragon.
Ao fish placed on the roof has the meaning of warding off fire and ensuring peace.
It also hides the meaning of becoming the number one scholar and taking the top spot.
Mumu combined the appearance of auspicious animals and drew a dragon head and fish tail🐲🐠
In a modern handmade form, it expresses the image of "aoyu" and has a simple and easy-to-make structure.

在陈家祠建筑上雕塑着形态各异的瑞兽
伫立的鳌鱼是其中之一
传说鳌鱼是龙生九子中的一个
鳌鱼置于屋顶有辟火、保平安之意
也隐藏状元及第、独占鳌头的寓意
木木结合了瑞兽的样子，画出了龙头和鱼尾🐲🐠
以现代手工制作的形式，表现出“鳌鱼”的形象，结构简单易做。
