Grenada Food Adventure! 🇬🇩 Today, I’m heading to Grenville, the island’s second-largest city, to dive into some authentic Trini food and explore local markets!
I kicked things off with fresh coconut water before hitting up a Buss Up Shot (Paratha Roti) spot for a serious feast. At the local market, I discovered Grenada’s famous spices and grabbed some Trini doubles from a street vendor! Back at the roti shop, I devoured Buss Up Shot with curry conch, pumpkin, curry chicken, pholourie, and mango chutney—absolute perfection!
To wrap things up, I hit the fish market to watch the butchering of barracuda, tuna, and marlin—a true taste of Grenadian seafood culture! Where have you been in Grenada? Drop a comment below!
