Here is the BEST RAFA APOPHIS LANCE Build in Borderlands 4, utilizing the blue "People Person" skill tree, and the red skill tree to boost the damage up greatly. The nice thing is we can hold our action skill for boosted damage, damage negation and movement speed, and we recover our action skill quickly. This can lead to some engaging playstyles.
