"So Difficult, Nobody Would Try It!!" | Oklahoma's "Carolina" BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich Challenge!!

American pro eater Randy Santel versus Oklahoma Smoke BBQ's massive and unbeaten "Carolina" Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwich Challenge w/ loaded pork cheese fries hosted by the Oklahoma Smoke "Best BBQ" location in Moore, Oklahoma which is just south of Oklahoma City (OKC)!! A few weeks after getting home from my food challenge trip to Salt Lake City, Utah and Idaho, I started an eating challenge tour with ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ around Arkansas, parts of Missouri, and Oklahoma!! I attempted eleven (11) huge and delicious man vs food challenges. For restaurant eating challenge #5 of eleven, we headed to the Oklahoma Smoke "Best BBQ" location in Moore, Oklahoma which is south of Oklahoma City (OKC), so I could attempt their unbeaten "Carolina" BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich Challenge which was so difficult that nobody had previously wanted to attempt it!! I had just 45 minutes to eat three pounds of their pulled pork topped with coleslaw, red pickled onions, and one of their homemade barbecue sauces, all on a giant Hawaiian sweet bread bun. The food challenge includes 1.3 pounds of fries topped with cheese sauce and chicharrones (fried pork). It all weighs over 6.5lbs (3kg) total and must be finished within 45 minutes. This challenge was not created for me, but I was the first to attempt it because nobody else was brave enough to be the first victim!! I was trying to become the first champion to win my $75 BBQ pork sandwich meal free plus a sweet T-shirt and spot on their Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to everyone with Oklahoma Smoke "Best BBQ" in Moore, Oklahoma for the wonderful barbeque food, drinks, banana pudding dessert, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all our friends who came up that Monday evening to watch and meet us!! We greatly appreciate everyone in the Oklahoma City area and all around Oklahoma who watches videos and supports our hard efforts!!
