Please subscribe! Volvo C30 S40 and possibly V50 2007 Door Card removal
Start by using Bojo ATH-6-NGL to pry the rear of the interior handle off. Then start to pry the window switch/handle up and out. disconnect the window switch wiring.
Remove 2 T25 torx.
Use LTF-1-UNGL and LTF-2-UNGL to pry the door card away from the door. This will be difficult and require a lot of force but don't worry you won't break anything. Work your way round until the door card is hanging off only at the top.
Pry the Tweeter cover off.
Now pry along the top edge of the door card near the window glass. Now hold the door card up and disconnect the door handle cable and remove the other wiring connectors.
When refitting to do a proper job you will need to make sure all the door clips are back in place on the rear of the door card.
