Are we beginning to experience the downfall of TEKKEN 8? Initially, TEKKEN 8 was looked at as the best fighting game we've received thus far. But the hype quickly died down after we were introduced to the TEKKEN Shop, which brought in microtransactions. This angered many fans and created quite the controversy. Fast forward, many players claimed that the honeymoon phase was now over and began stating their dislike towards the overwhelming aggression within the game that revolves around the heat mechanic. Bandai has been receiving hate for attacking the modding community and deleting channels as opposed to fixing their game after releasing a patch that almost completely ruined the TEKKEN 8 experience at a competitive level. It's not looking good for TEKKEN 8 right now, and the community is speaking to about it.
