EZD6 - Dreadful Doomscapes Review

The latest expansion for EZD6 is a horror tabletop roleplaying masterclass. DM Scotty (‪@theDMsCraft‬ ) once again taps into his love of classic cinema and gaming to deliver a solid playset with two very distinct modes of play - Everyday Nightmares for survival/slasher horror, and Dreadborne Hunters for action/investigative horror. Both styles are supported by rules and advice creating a unique feel and atmosphere around each one.

Also included are a plethora of cursed artefacts and monsters to haunt your table, as well as two scenarios to get you started.

Building on the core of EZD6 system, Dreadful Doomscapes is compatible with other EZD6 playsets like Wasted World, so you can pull elements from one into another without any conversion.

The permanent injuries chart I mentioned can be downloaded for free at   / 144032632   - it works best for Dreadborne Hunters, as the characters in Everyday Nightmares aren't going to survive that long anyway. It's also compatible with regular EZD6 and Wasted World!

The live play for Wormwood Blazes, one of the introductory adventures, can be found on ‪@ShadowsofArchonia‬ at    • Tales From the Backlog - EZDeath6 - The Mass   - this is an older version of the rules and scenario, so some things might have been switched around. In fact both the playset and the scenario had different working titles!
