The NTSB is recommending that SEPTA suspend and replace its Silverliner IV fleet, which makes up more than half of its Regional Rail train cars, after five train fires throughout Pennsylvania this year. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has the details as well as a response from SEPTA General Manager Scott Sauer who said he disagreed with the recommendation.
