FLINS is TOP TIER but with Issues - GENSHIN IMPACT Pre-Release Guide & Analysis

Flins is a main DPS that can pack a punch! His damage is some of the highest in the game at the moment to the point he can contend with Skirk and Mavuika. However, he has WAY too many conditions to fulfil before you can reach this threshold. This is so problematic for him that he is essentially stuck to only 1 team comp else he loses out on a large portion of his damage output.
