湖北恩施的彭家寨，是土家族聚居地，山美水美，传统民居吊脚楼有百年历史。土家族菜味道酸辣，讲究食材本味，用料简单，做法粗犷豪放，滋味非常有特色。阿星吃村口的农家乐土菜，90多岁的老奶奶亲自下厨，爆炒自制腊肉，酸臭红亮的鲊广椒，自家的土鸡汤土鸡蛋，都是原生态的健康美食。
