湖北恩施的彭家寨,是土家族聚居地,山美水美,传统民居吊脚楼有百年历史。土家族菜味道酸辣,讲究食材本味,用料简单,做法粗犷豪放,滋味非常有特色。阿星吃村口的农家乐土菜,90多岁的老奶奶亲自下厨,爆炒自制腊肉,酸臭红亮的鲊广椒,自家的土鸡汤土鸡蛋,都是原生态的健康美食。
