As military parents, Avery and Anthony can’t always be home. This was the first time Avery was away in almost two years, and it was especially difficult, now that they have a little girl. “I always was the one to drop Hazel off at school,” says Avery, but with their Ring Video Doorbell, the family created a new tradition.

Each day since mom has been on a work trip, Hazel and Anthony stop at the doorbell on their way out. “Getting to see my daughter’s smile first thing in the morning makes me happier than I can even describe,” adds Avery.
