Meadowsweet - A Herb for Solstice

Happy Solstice everyone! May the sun shine upon you and bring much abundance and blessings of Light to you. Meadowsweet is a beautiful herb that is in flower at this time and is associated with the Summer Solstice. I use Meadowsweet as a medicinal herb as this plant can help with many complaints. I hope that hearing about Meadowsweet might encourage you to learn more about our wild plants and realise that it is possible for anyone to use our plant medicines.
