This 10-minute yoga routine is designed to support cancer patients and survivors in managing nausea or symptoms of digestive distress through a combination of standing and seated yoga poses to help soothe the body and promote relaxation.
The National Comprehensive Cancer Network recommends yoga as an effective treatment of cancer-related fatigue and nausea and that patients should consider yoga for reducing symptoms of distress, improving cognitive functioning, reducing pain, and coping with menopausal symptoms.
