Vet Solo Hoffman Pyro EZ Ogre | Act 2 : 6-2 Hinterland | Back4Blood

Ok so this has got to be one of the easiest maps to get ogre right away with the sewer tunnel saferoom. I also buy more grenades than I can hold because I will come back for them. Also note that grenades are on sale :) bonus! Its like the game wanted me to 1v1 this ogre with grenades. Done.

I see birds to my right and I clear them away with a grenade because I don't need them causing extra trouble if I have to run that way in a pinch. I go back for the Molotov's to take care of the horde the ogre spawns. Easy enough in the tunnel safely away from his grubby hands and meatballs.

To my absolute shock the bots actually start firing at him but at some point they all agree that he doesn't exist anymore. :/ Whateves. I didn't even need to go back/forgot about my other stash of grenades and just kept going. Then The Hoffman hit with some hard truths about humanity being its own worst enemy. Indeed.

After this we take our time going past the waterfall and up the car across the river to the next area. The biggest threat now out of the way we just need to make sure we don't do anything silly. There's plenty of birds here, even without a bird card. they're always here. Like someone feed them before the collapse and and they are just like "Where's our food at?!".

Sadly no special room in this area so we move on to the flooded warehouse. I really thought we were gonna eat it at the end of the warehouse but the bots held it together while I silently panicked in back.

On to an optional building, my greedy butt saw some copper so we camped there for a min before moving onwards and upwards to the final area where we finally saw the special room and got everyone... well... mostly everyone - looking at you [BOT] HOLLY - healed up.

The last area is about popping the nest pimples and holding out from the hordes. No sweat if you utilize the rooms correctly.

Now. Yea. Here's where my greed bit my booty. I could have just entered the safe room and got my extra copper but no. I had to call the hordes and then was like NOPE and just went into the saferoom while one of my team was in the clutches of a tallboy, securing my failure of that extra funds. Not my finest moment, but we made it.

Why Hoffman? Besides his on point attire, that manscaped beard and his humor, he has a unique kit that makes hard situations and bosses a breeze (please don't nerf Turtle Rock) especially when the BOTs don't feel like checking into the game.

His card deck accentuates offensive slots and accessory damage. We have a few gold cards to fund our upgrades as we are going to be self funded bomb maniacs.
