Our first building — a 13,500 sq ft indoor turf facility — is fully operational, debt-free, and booked to capacity with strong recurring revenue. Now, with our 21,500 sq ft hard-court building nearing completion, we are opening the door to strategic investors and community partners.

• A second-floor fitness and performance center
• A physical therapy clinic (committed partner)
• Group fitness studios, cheer/gymnastics area, snack bar, lounge, and viewing balcony

This expansion will position the Sports Plex as the premier athletic hub in Southern Maryland — a true home for youth sports, adult leagues, fitness programs, tournaments, and community events.

Investment Opportunity

We are offering real ownership, not asking for loans.
A minimum of 50% equity, available in 5%+ shares, will be sold to fund the completion of Phase Two.
