Ingredients:

For the tomato stew base:
3kg (6.6 lbs) tomatoes
400g tomato paste
5 sweet peppers / tatashe
Habanero Peppers (to taste)
Sunflower oil
3 onions
1 thumbsize fresh ginger
1 tsp curry powder
½ tsp nutmeg

For the protein and marinade
1.5kg (3 lbs ) turkey wings
2 onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp white pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
2 big seasoning cubes
