As your grant term begins to wind down, thoughtful planning can help ensure the momentum you’ve built continues to grow. This session invites grantees to explore sustainability and transition strategies through the metaphor of planting seeds for the future. Together, we’ll reflect on the different levels of sunsetting a project—whether that means closing out a program, scaling back, transitioning leadership, or embedding your work into other school or community systems. We’ll discuss what elements can be sustained, what needs to evolve, and how to document impact and lessons learned. This is a chance to celebrate your progress while preparing intentionally for what’s next.
