Create Juju’s Yummy Cheeseburger Pie!

Today Juju is making her famous Cheeseburger Pie. At least it’s famous around here. Today was a card playing day and this fit the bill.

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

1# Ground Beef, cooked and drained
Chopped Onion Flakes or Powder to taste
1.5 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can whole kernel corn, drained

Preheat oven 400°
Grease Pie Pan
In pie pan put in meat, onion and corn.
In blender mix milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt & pepper.
Blend well, pour on meat in pie pan.
Bake 25 minutes until edges are brown.
Turn off oven
Place cheese on top and put back into the oven to melt cheese. Let it set up for 5 minutes.

You can add whatever you like to this mix. Make it Mexican by adding black beans, salsa, taco meat flavoring. Anything you like! Enjoy!
