A map of the sky exists, as seen from the Earth, similar to the map of the Earth and is known as a planisphere. In this TACtivity, we make a planisphere which is a star chart in the form of two adjustable discs that rotate on a common pivot. It can be adjusted to display the visible stars for any particular time and date at a given location (latitude). It also helps in recognising the stars and their constellations.
