Join us onboard R/V KTU DENAR during our autumn sampling campaign for the 2EKO Project!
Our team is conducting a comprehensive environmental monitoring program to evaluate the ecological effects of sea cage aquaculture in the Black Sea. During this expedition, we:
✔ Collect water and sediment samples
✔ Measure in-situ physico-chemical parameters
✔ Assess ecosystem changes around fish farming areas
The 2EKO Project aims to build a science-based understanding of how marine aquaculture interacts with its surrounding environment, supporting sustainable management and future planning in the region.
