A silent winter walk through the snow-covered meadows of Palace Island (Pils sala) in Jelgava, Latvia.
I came here on a freezing morning to find the wild horses and, more importantly, to find a moment of stillness after a heavy work week.

This ritual of walking into the wild is how I am reclaiming my health and my perspective.
I hope these sounds of the snow and the presence of these untamed animals help you decompress and leave the day behind.
