Today's Wednesday, so I get to upload whatever I want! So, for today's Whatever Wednesday video, I bring you a video of the Nintendo 64 gem, Bomberman 64: The Second Attack! This game isn't too well-known, but it does feature a multiplayer mode that contains both classic Bomberman gimmicks alongside new, fun gimmicks!
The Battle Mode in this game allows for up to 4 players to compete against each other! Within the Battle Mode, players can play other modes, such as Standard, Score Attack, and Key Trial. In each mode, players set bombs in hopes of blowing up another player. Players can get various power-ups, which can allow a player to do things like setting more bombs or creating larger explosions. If another player gets blown up, he/she will lose any obtained power-ups. Additionally, within most game modes, the player will become a ghost if he/she is blown up. The player cannot win as a ghost, but he/she can control other players in hopes of them getting blown up. While Bomberman games are often known for being a fun multiplayer experience, I feel like this game has the best multiplayer mode!
