Abby Louise is getting close to her one year anniversary of moving in here at Misfitland a Monkey Rescue located here in Moscow Ohio.. I am Teresa Bullock and I am the main hands on caregiver here.. I gotta admit I LOVE MY JOB!! Giving care to these complicated creatures is WAYYYYY more than just throwing some food at them 3 times a day and sweeping their pens!! The SOCIALIZATION part of giving them care has gotten to be my FAVORITE part of rescuing!! YEAH I spend a TON of time cleaning, scrubbing, and feeding.. I spend a ton more time trying to keep up with the repairs of what they destroy and trying to improve what’s already existing on a regular basis BUT THE TIME I SPEND WITH THEM IS THE GREATEST PART OF TIME I GET TO HAVE!! I don’t know how I got SOOOO BLESSED and that God choose me to have the privilege of living with his extremely special beings!!! All I can say about that is THANK YOU GOD!!! They Own Me!! Life is too short to fit in!!
