3 tbsp Chia
¾ - 1 cup of milk
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Vanilla (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt
Add milk and chia into the pod, medium low heat, bring to gentle boil.
Stir and let the chia seed absorb the liquid for about 3-5 min.
Add additives to your liking.
