Hey everyone,
Here we have Lionel's 6-28323, a Norfolk Souther 3GS21B Genset numbered 300. This is from Lionel's, Vision Line series, and thus it does have unique, road name and number specific crew talk. However, all the other sounds are very similar to its Union Pacific counterpart that was cataloged at the same time as this one.
One of the stand-out features of these engines is the dynamic smoke units, however, on this particular model I could not get them operational. Additionally, this is not my best audio recording as the sounds from this engine proved incredibly difficult to balance.
