JEAN STEPHAN REGOTTAZ TRIBUTE (J.S.R.)

...My small and humble tribute to the master of the keys, JEAN STEPHAN REGOTAZZ. French musician who influenced me greatly, especially in my early years of experimentation with synthesizers when I was training as a musician.
I have been looking for information about him for many years and have not found much. All the info is out of date.
For me he will always be a reference and listening to him since I was a child, opened my mind to endless creative possibilities through his music and the use of synthesizers.
I still keep a cassette that a friend brought me from France after one of his concerts (1983).
That was the starting point.
Maybe he did not have the success and recognition he deserved, but from a distance, I will always be grateful to him and he has all my respect and recognition because he influenced me greatly and in a very positive way in my artistic career.
The song you hear in the video comes from that cassette.
I don't know the title and I've basically tried to reconstruct it 100% faithfully in my studio, respecting all its arrangements and its original sound.
The truth is that I've really enjoyed the whole process.

...Mi pequeño y humilde tributo al maestro de las teclas, JEAN STEPHAN REGOTTAZ. 
Músico francés que me influenció muchísimo, sobre todo en mis primeros años de experimentación con sintetizadores en los que me estaba formando como músico. 
Llevo muchos años buscando información sobre él y no he encontrado mucho. Toda la info está desactualizada.
Para mí siempre será todo un referente y escucharlo desde que era niño, me abrió la mente a un sinfín de posibilidades creativas a través de su música y el uso de sintetizadores.
Todavía conservo una cassette que un amigo me trajo de Francia después de un concierto suyo (1983).
Ese fue el punto de partida.
Quizás no obtuvo el éxito y reconocimiento que merecía, pero yo desde la distancia, le estaré siempre agradecido y cuenta con todo mi respeto y reconocimiento porque me influenció muchísimo y de manera muy positiva en mi carrera artística.
La canción que escucháis en el video, procede de esa cassette. 
Desconozco el título y básicamente he tratado de reconstruirla 100% fidedigna en mi estudio, respetando todos sus arreglos y su sonoridad original. 
La verdad es que he disfrutado mucho durante todo el proceso.
