This is how I make my cloth menstrual pads. There are alot of different ways you could make them but this is what I found worked for me. If you are thinking about switching from disposable to reusable menstrual pads and you are not so sure you want to spend money right up front. This might be a great way to see if you will even like them before you spend any money. Or if you are like me you might decide you like making them and decide to make them all yourself.
