A new state law, Senate Bill (SB) 1383, will likely impact your business. This short video will help you navigate the new regulations and avoid penalties. SB 1383 was passed to reduce methane gas created by the decomposition of organic waste in landfills. All businesses and commercial operations in mandated service areas are required to have a three-container trash and recycling system on-site.
