This video was filmed at the headwaters of the Gulkana River in Alaska, just north of Paxson. It has been a dream of mine for years to fish for wild arctic grayling in the interior and it was just as incredible as I always imagined!
We filmed this on a six day, thousand mile trip around the state's highway system. That trip is detailed in a two-part video that you can view on my channel, titled An Alaska Story: Road-Tripping and Fly Fishing Across ALASKA!
