Ingredients - Dough
600g Plain Flour
1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Instant Yeast
100ml Olive Oil
200ml Cold Milk
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt

Ingredient - Tomato Sauce
250 g Fresh Tomatoes
300g Bolognese Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp White Pepper
3 tsp Italian Mixed Herbs
1 tsp Chicken Cube/Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
10 pcs Shallot
5 clove Garlic
1 slice Ginger

400g Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
1 pkt Mozzarella Cheese Balls
Baby Spinach
