Aired only once on October 31st, 2002, this lost cartoon depicts the characters from Percy's Playhouse in a Halloween-themed story. While the original episode's visuals have since been lost to time, someone recently forwarded a finished storyboard to me. This video is said storyboard, put alongside recovered audio from the cartoon. The episode is described as follows:

"Percy and Co. are sharing spooky stories on Halloween night, when they soon find out they aren't the only ones around wanting a scare!"
