I done this once and it was terrible so I went back and done it again!!
On Aug 8th 2015 a new chapter in my life began, I was in a motorcycle accident that left me a paraplegic. I was less then 1 male from my home when a vehicle came around a sweeping curve partially on my side of the road, I made an aggressive maneuver and avoided the car but didn't have enough road to come back. I felt the rear tire slip off the lip of the road and heard the frame scrape and that was it, I was catapulted into an embankment where my back buckled over backwards and my butt highfived the back side of my head. That resulted in my T7 vertebra completely exploding and T8, T6, & T5 fractured. My spinal cord kinked due to no longer having T7 to support it and also received a couple lacerations. I am an Asia A Complete meaning I have no feeling or control from the sternum down, with no use of my core it makes everything I do more challenging but it doesn't stop me!
No matter what happens in life you have to find a way to push through, the worse thing is to be alive but dead inside but that is the reality if you can't accept the new lifestyle that you have to face. We all go through life changing events and how we come out of them defines who we are!
