1 kilo pork mince
50g bread crumbs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp sage
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp fennel
1 tsp black pepper

Boil eggs
Make sausage meat
Cover eggs
Dip in seasoned flour
Egg wash
Bread crumbs
Fry
