This video demonstrates to process of cutting down the depth of a set of Pearl marching tenors.
The percussion instructor at the High School down the street from our shop asked if we could make this set of tenors a bit shallower, both because he preferred to sound of shallower drums, and in an effort to reduce the weight a bit. We figured we'd do a how-to video in case you've got a set of drums that you wold like to modify as well.
Dope beats courtesy of my buddies in the JMU drumline, back in the day...
