South Australian teenager Daniel Sims is donating his eardrum to his deaf twin brother Nathan in world first surgery and as a result has been nominated for Australian Of The Year. The boys live with their family on a farm in rural South Australian town of Dunt and balance their new found fame with the pitfalls of being a teenager.
We Can Be Heroes: Finding The Australian Of The Year is a comedy mockumentary series created and written by Chris Lilley.
