My interpretation of the van scene is that Mike, in some way, understood. And yes, I do think the feelings are mutual. That's why he looks so heart broken when Will pushes him into the monolouge in episode 9, because then he realized.. "it wasn't Will's feelings, after all. It was actually El's." (lol no it wasn't) but that would explain everything. THESE BOYS NEED TO TALK AND SORT THEIR SHIT OUT LMAO I'm so sick of them both believing their feelings are unrequieted.
