The Trek Out takes you from Gorak Shep back to Kathmandu. It is 3 very HARD and LONG Days. All in all...The Trip covered some 68 miles, just over 100 kilometers, and 37,500' of Vertical Ascent and Descent. This NOT just an Up and Come Down Trek.
