There will be 5 total exercises. You will complete 2 rounds of each. Work hard for 25 seconds, and enjoy the 10 second rest! You will complete a total of 50 seconds for each exercise, to represent the 50 stars on our American flag! Work hard and think about the many heroes that have chosen to serve our country! I am so thankful for their courage and bravery!
