In this summer hat tutorial (part 2), I take a friend's dull summer hat and turn it into a colorful, fun and unique unicorn hat, using only fabric glue, hot wax gun, ribbons, a unicorn horn, and sparkly gems. This is a quick and easy project depending on how fancy you want your hat to be. I like to add lots of sparkly stuff to everything.
