A few years ago, I was touring a "green home" jobsite and all the sudden a heavy rainstorm hit. The General Contractor, along with a few other people, fled the rain under cover of the newly built front porch roof. The rain poured out of the sky - HARD!!! We felt so thankful to have the cover. Within a few minutes though, I could see the rain collecting into channels, and washing a ton of mud through and off the site. I noticed how the contractor had done a good job of rough grading, which was keeping the water away from the house. But I thought, "There's gotta be a better way."
HERE is that way!!!
