Removing the radio and shifter trims is a straight forward process. Pry the shifter trim starting from the bottom. The cigarette ash tray pulls straight out. There will be 3 phillip screws holding the radio trim at the bottom. Avoid applying too much pressure in one area when removing. Work little by little around the bezel. When you feel like it's asking for too much force, stop and try another side.
