Process Flow
1. Jaw crusher (feed particle size ≤1000mm → discharge 150-200mm)
2. Cone crusher (discharge 10-30mm)
3. Ball mill (closed circuit with spiral classifier)
4. Magnetic separator (pulp concentration: roughing 30%-35%, cleaning 20%-25%)
5. High-efficiency deep cone thickener (underflow concentration ≥65%)
6. Rotary dryer (evaporation intensity 40-80kg water/(m³·h))
