Topwater during the middle of the day and only giant speckled trout that were all gators- or trophy trout! This was an epic day of fishing - we had all quality fish. And this video proves you can fish topwater all day- not just at sunrise and sunset. Hope ya'll are getting out there fishing!! Thanks for supporting the channel! Fishing Trip Notes:
I had way too much Dunkin Donuts this day. I had 4 pumpkin spiced donuts- actually it was 6.
I fished 15lb flouro leader with a new topwater that I can't remember the exact one but I do remember it was Rapala
Fishing Set Up - Penn Reels 2500 and Fenwick HMG rods
Air Temp: mid 60s
Water Temp: cool to the touch - I didn't check the electronics
