So! I have found what has caused my Jaguar XK8 to stop working.... a damp inertia switch! I have a leak somewhere that I'm yet to track down but I wouldn't have even thought of the inertia switch if it wasn't for the helpful guide on John's 'To The Garage' website known as the XK8 Bible: https://www.tothegarage.co.uk/ so many thanks to John and to Gary (the author) for that. To finish up I take the XK8 for a bit of drive to the garden centre and struggle to arrange some logs in the boot!
