Asaduddin Owaisi's First Reaction On WAQF Verdict: Supreme Court Stays Central Council Formation

The Supreme Court has stayed the formation of the Central Waqf Council and State Waqf Boards, as well as the deletion of Waqf-e-Jadid. The speaker, who previously opposed the amendments in the Joint Working Committee of Parliament, maintains that the Waqf Act violates Articles 14, 15, 25, 26, and 29 of the Constitution. The legal battle against the act, deemed unconstitutional by the speaker, will continue.
