Ever wondered what really goes on behind the scenes at an ultra marathon aid station? Join me at the Serpent Trail Festival as we volunteer at the first checkpoint for the 50K and the fifth for the 100K. From dibbers and sock disasters to rainstorms, bloodied runners, and surprise finishes, this is trail running at its rawest and most rewarding. It's muddy, it's messy, it's magic.
