Hello poopsies. This video includes the use of fake flowers, reiki chakra healing, energetic and healing hand movements, and explanations as to the green heart chakra and comparison amongst the benefits of healing this chakra, and balancing. The flowers are included in the video for a reason, for you to find out while watching. I find the effects of the lighting and glowing in this video soothing, while performing hand maneuvers. I find the effects of healing very beneficial in one’s life and there are many methods of creating healing, which I explain some in this ASMR video.
