In today’s video I’m talking about a mix of everything going on right now — health, medication, and of course a bit of football.
I haven’t been feeling too great lately while taking Mounjaro, and I’m trying to figure out whether it’s a normal side effect, my body adjusting, or if I’ve just picked up a bug. I’ll share what the last few days have been like and what I’ve noticed, in case anyone else on Mounjaro has experienced something similar.
I also chat about my upcoming colonoscopy for bowel-cancer screening. Not the most exciting appointment, but an important one, and I want to talk openly about the process, preparation, and why I’m getting it done.
And to balance out all the health talk — tonight is Arsenal vs Bayern Munich, so I’m sharing my thoughts, hopes, and general pre-match nerves!
