After a few days of looking for a White Flank Impala, I finally got a 40 yard shot! Anyone that’s hunted Impala knows they are notorious for jumping the string, so I aimed at the heart to give myself the best chance of a vital kill if he ducked my arrow! When I let it fly, he just stood there and took it! My plan worked and he was down in seconds, but I was absolutely floored that he stood still! Well fun fact, I was testing some prototype vanes from AAE this trip, and let me tell you what they are SO much quieter than anything else I have used in the past! I can’t wait for you guys to try the new AIRRZR vanes, because I could see the benefits on every animal I shot!
