What Happens When a Human is Lost in The Far Realm From D&D?

Today we're talking about the uvuudaum, one of the most dangerous aberrations to ever be printed in a D&D book. Going back to the Epic Level Handbook from Dungeons and Dragons 3.5, this bad boy has all the marks of an epic high level boss monster. As always we've converted it from 3rd to 5th edition D&D, and gone into painstaking detail about its groovy head spike.
